Products and prices
We describe our products as accurately as we can. Colours and finishes in photos may look slightly different in real life, and some photos are illustrations.
Prices on the site are indicative, shown per unit or per pack, and exclude GST. Your price is confirmed in a written quote, which is valid for To be confirmed: how long a quote is valid.
Orders
Sending an inquiry doesn't create an order. An order is confirmed only when you accept our written quote and approve your mock-ups. To be confirmed: payment terms, e.g. advance and balance
Your logo and artwork
When you send us a logo or artwork, you confirm that you own it or have permission to use it, and you allow us to use it only to make your mock-ups and gifts.
We make your gifts as shown in the mock-up you approve. Please check spelling, colours and placement carefully before approving.
Delivery, returns and replacements
Delivery is covered in our shipping and delivery policy, and returns in our returns and replacements policy.
Our content
The text, design and images on this site belong to Heartbox or are used with permission. Please don't copy them without asking. Your logo always remains yours.
